Why It's Different

How It Works
Tell me about you and your business. Five minutes. I read every application personally.
If it's a fit, we jump on a 15-minute call. Real conversation, no sales pitch.
Personal welcome video, intake questionnaire, DISC assessment, and a welcome kit delivered to your door.
Our first proper session. We go through everything and map out your goals.
45-minute sessions every two weeks. Weekly check-ins. Voxer voice messaging in between for when something comes up and you need a sounding board.
Most clients stay on. You can continue on subscription for as long as you want someone in your corner. No lock-in.

Before we start, we get an honest read on where things stand. You'll complete this during onboarding and we'll walk through every answer together.

I keep pricing for the conversation, not the website. It depends on what you need and how we structure things. What I can tell you is that this is a premium, private service. If you're looking for a $200 course, this is not it. If you want someone genuinely invested in your business, apply and we will talk numbers on the call.
The initial engagement is three months. After that, most clients stay on subscription for as long as they want someone in their corner. No lock-in. You can pause or stop any time. I would rather you stay because you want to, not because you have to.
Some of my best results have come from people who were pre-revenue or just getting started. You do not need to be at a certain stage. You need to be serious about building something real and willing to do the work. If that is you, apply.
Neither, really. I do not have a script and I do not tell you what to do from a textbook. I sit down with you, look at your business, and we work through it together. Think of it as having a CEO in your corner who has done this before and is doing it right now.
A handful at a time. I cap my client load so that everyone gets my full attention. I would rather work deeply with a few clients than spread myself thin across dozens. When spots are full, I close applications until one opens up.
My advisory practice is built for anyone who is serious about building or scaling a real business. I work with founders, CEOs, and business owners across industries. What matters is that you are willing to do the work.
