I'm Rose. I grew a luxury wellness brand from $0 to $4M as CEO. I'm building three ventures of my own on the Gold Coast right now. And on the side, I advise a small number of people doing the same thing.

That last part is what I love most.

My Story

The short version.

I live on the Gold Coast with my daughter Ella.

For years I ran a luxury wellness business. Took it from an idea to a multi-million-dollar company as founding CEO. Built the team, the systems, the brand, the financials, all of it. Made every mistake you can make and most of them twice. Learned what actually works.

Now I'm building three ventures of my own. Two retreat brands, Elevate and Exhale, and a label called Privé. They're different businesses with different models, which is part of the point. I don't have one playbook. I have the muscle of building multiple things at once.

And alongside all of that, I take on a handful of clients a year who want help doing what I've done.

This is the part I love most. Not the building. The helping.

There's no such thing as balance. But you can build something real and still be there for everything that matters.

How I Work

Execution over everything.

I don't do vision boards. I don't do affirmations. I help you build real systems, real revenue, and real momentum. The kind you can measure. If we can't see the result, we're not done.

Tailored or nothing.

I don't run a programme. I don't have a framework I drop you into. I work out what your business needs, then we build the plan together. Your pain points, your goals, your life. The shape of the work changes for everyone.

Do it properly or don't do it.

I don't do half-measures. Whether it's your brand, your systems, or your health. If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. I'd rather do less, better.

Your body is your business.

You can't scale a company while you're burnt out. I track my biomarkers, do my bloodwork, and train most days. Not because it's trendy. Because the work demands it. I look at the whole person. That's what makes this different.

Honesty over politeness.

If something in your business isn't working, I'll tell you. Kindly. But I'll tell you. You're not paying me to be nice. You're paying me to be useful.

Off the Clock

My favourite role is mum. Ella comes first. After that: training, friends, family, food, the ocean, and the ventures I'm building.

I'm based on the Gold Coast and I work with people everywhere.
